great sales engine - extremly poor after sales
fter great sales service we purchased 4 coffee machines from Cape Cofee Beans. Unfortunately one stopped working around 4 months after purchase and this is where the wheels came off. Communication with Cape Coffee beans has been a full time job for our receptionist with continual follow up and repeat and repeat and repeat to finally get our machine collected. Afterwhich we billed for the repair citing that is was our responsibility to service and clean the coffee grinder to which there is no access to from end user access. Unfortunately after finally getting our machine back it is now leaking. So we start the process of calling an engaged phone number. A very sad outocome from a company that started of so promisingly. Thanks for your reply ... per the below To add "Unfortunately it is the customer's responsibility to clean the machine, but you shouldn't have to chase up regarding repairs and couriers." Let me repeat, the repair to a new machine was to an area that the customer can not access - the repair resulted in a leaking machine being returned to us - since we contacted Cape Coffee Beans this morning spite our service email, phone call and my review we have not heard back from you. Latest update, our machine has been down for over a week now after getting back a leaking machine after paying for a repair - despite and negative google review and calling my head off to an owner who is not availble via there switchboard we still have no machine or idea when we will have our companies machine back
