Cape Coastal Accommodation be careful

We had an extremely negative experience in dealing with a Ms Havenga from Cape Coastal Accommodation in December 2017 - regarding holliday accommodation in the Westcoast - After this accommodation was referred to by Lekkerslaap.co.za - call centre and various other interaction with them, which also does not really instil confidence in me - however.

Upon requesting back our deposit from Cape Costal Accommodation and email from their attorney indicated that this business are in the process of being sold and be under new management (although I am of the opinion this was never under management if the bad service is something to go by) and that pending this deposit will be paid back.

I have contacted their attorney and will increase my effort to at least get the deposit back.
