Just would like to say a big thank you to Craig and Leana on the service provided with the car purchase.<br> <br> Craig has 12 years selling experience and recently joined VW, although Craig might still need some practice to fami****ize himself with the VW system, his passion and attitude are great, and constantly emphasis on developing a long term relationship. We were rushed by time and worried one of our family member would not be able to see the car before leaving CPT. Craig went the extra mile, taking photo for us in the storage, where the car are still to be unwrapped. Such an extra step are usually not common as it does not bring extra income, yet he did it for us.<br> <br> I would highly recommend Craig for anyone who want to establish a long term relationship.<br> <br> Leana was wise and knowledgeable, and has been very patient with our contract. She spend 2 hours on a Friday afternoon explaining all the details to our silly question. She understand how important it is us, who does not have all the relative accounting/legal knowledge, to have the piece of mind on what we are signing on.
