Refuse to deliver vehicle as per contract signed

I bought a brand new polo from Cape City VW and a strange noise was coming from the engine when i drove the car home. The next day I returned to the dealership and informed the dealer principle about it and was instructed to \drive it in". The noise didn't go away and I returned the vehicle for tests. After the tests were done the conclusion was there is no fix for the problem. I then went to VWSA and the dealership agreed to replace the vehicle and I found a replacement vehicle which a new contract was signed for. The old polo's balance was indicated on the new OTP as a deposit and there was a balance outstanding which i paid for. I was promised delivery in 4 to 5 days. It has been 2 months and they keep delaying the delivery and want additional test done on the old vehicle. This is breach of contract and I want the vehicle I paid for<br> """
