Cape City not owning up to their mistakes

I purchased a Golf VII GTi from Christo Mattee and Neil Barnard at Cape City VW a month ago. Since the first day of taking ownership I noticed a tyre noise at a speed of approximately 120km/h. It took me a month to get the 80 point check which should be available to me at delivery. The 80 point check showed that the tyres were fine (obviously only the tread depth was checked). In reality there is a slash in the tyre with a piece of rubber missing. The dealership is refusing to replace the tyre, much easier to blame the customer. Well, name and shame. Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership, the previous one I brought from them was accident damaged.
