Bad experiance

The most worst experiance ever.i have rented by ca car hire and rent a chepie and commit.have been to capetown over the past 7 years tried cape car rental the past time and omg wat terrible experiance.the hyundai wich i had broke down the assistant i called was so rude told me to make a plan of my own.never mind 3 weeks later after numerous calls and emails im still waiting for my deposit.worst place to rent a car in caletown
