CAR RENTAL FIASCO

Booked a vehicle with Cape Car Hire, received a quotation confirming the dates of the rental period and cost for rental. When I phoned to get their bank details in order to transfer the payment I was told that the rate was incorrect and that ALL the customer know that the rate is increased in December. When I inquired why this was not put on the quotation and also what the new rate was, the person on the other side of the phone was not able to give me this info. I then asked to speak to his supervisor.. he said he was the supervisor. Then i asked to speak to the MD or owner of the rental company.. he said he was the owner. I then asked him to send me a revised quote so that i could get his name... he refused to do this and put the phone down. How rude ...
