Disappointing and unfair treatment from the lady at CAPE CAFE STRAND

I made a booking for 19h30, but due to traffic was there 15mins late, which I didnt think was bad. When I got there, the lady looks at me and s******s because I was 15mins late and then tells me she gave my table to someone else, I thought that was really unprofessional of her to behave in that manner. She should have called if she assumed i was not coming at all. I didnt call cos I was there atleast 10mins late and couldnt find parking since it was a special occasion. She then asked if i wanted to sit outside yet I was wearing a dress and people had their blankeys with them outside. I was extremely disappointed not only that I could not dine at this restaturant but also being all dressed and turned away by this lady.

To me it felt like a racial act which I do not appreciate. People in the restaurant was looking at us when we were walking away. I had to go looking around for another place to dine yet.
