Cape Boiler and Heater Co. - Poorest Product and Service

Be warned...

Bought a boiler from these guys and have only had issues with product and service. It started with old used components in the new boiler, an unsafe vibrating fan, and soot build-up rendering the boiler unfit for purpose.

After major hassle, they came out to fix it, but issues with wobbling fan and soot build-up persists. Now they refuse to come fix it even though the boiler is still under warranty. They expect us to pay for taking the boiler out and bringing it to their premise so they can inspect it.
