So this property was advertised to rent at The Islands Parow North which I app**** to, the then send me an WhatsApp (Not calling) to complete the application form with supporting documents. Suddenly I was approved and I was told to immediately pay the deposit and admin fee before viewing the property. This does not seem right with me and tried contact them the next day.
