Red flags, I think these are ****mers!

After applying, I got the "approval" email with an invoice with Tyme Bank banking details. I called and told them I wouldn't be paying before seeing the place. They said they would consider another applicant if the payment secured the unit for the applicant. I told them to go ahead and do that.

The place seemed legit, the application form looked legit, and the website also seemed fine, except it was only registered in December 2024, and their address isn't on GMaps.
