Cape Bay Rentals is a ****!!

Definitely a ****. The advertised place looks legit, the paperwork they send through all looks legit, but since today was a holiday and I couldn't print the application form, but sent through the rest of my documents, suddenly I still got an approval email asking for a payment to secure the place, all without seeing the place or having a contract signed. I asked if we could see the place first and would do the EFT right then and there and I was told I can either pay or they'll cancel the application. Definitely a ****!
