Poor service

They came to collect my car in August 2020 to repair the faults they sold it with, their driver receive speed fines which i had to pay and I'm still waiting on them for numerous refunds such as, the fine + i paid for the license they should've done and i paid for the new number plates they also said they would refund me for.
