Selling of Defective vehicle

A Really bad experience in that I bought a car from above mentioned dealer ,I bought a 2012 Kia Sportage 2.0 and then within a month the gears started sticking when you drive it , cruise control did not work, speakers were not functioning. Long story short , we tried and tried to get them to fix the problem they just refused.

I waited for 3 hours outside of their business just for them to tell me they are not going to fix the problem.

They didnt even refund us on cars licence registration and number plates. The dealers attitude was just very bad towards me , started ignoring me.

I did lodge a complaint with the Car Industry Ombudsman also.

I would never buy from them again..!! Selling defective goods and then treating their clients like they are the ones in the wrong.

The gears stick to such a manner that I have to stop to try and gear down , this puts the life of myself and family in danger because one day i didnt want to gear down and I had to stop the change gears.
