Faulty vehicle

Can you please advise on the below mails:

Absa seems to be having trouble / a problem(getting aggro with me), with the dealership, Cape Auto Centre in Kuilsriver, to get the vehicle I purchased in July 2019 fixed. The problem I am having with the vehicle is that it leaks into the vehicle when it rains, so my whole backseat and the floors gets wet. I was not notified of this problem when I purchased the vehicle. I would also like to know when ABSA financed the vehicle, don't they get assessors out to the dealerships to check if the vehicle is 100% fine? I don't think any of the people in copy would be satisfied with driving around with a vehicle like this as I will not have the vehicle for long due to water damage to my backseat and floors which will have to be replaced and I am not going to replace it out of my pocket due to the fact that the value of the car, market value is +/-R60000.00 but was sold to me for R80000.00. Now I have to fork out instalments on a monthly basis which isn't cheap for a 2009 VW Polo Trendline 1.4. Please advise who else I can contact as this matter needs to be resolved even if I go stand in court but this dealership took advantage of the fact that I am a woman and sold me vehicle with faults and didn't care to fix it. By the way, in November 2019, 4 months aftyer purchase, my spark plugs had to be replaced due to the fact that there were duds in there, almost got stuck in a dangerous area putting my life at risk. called the dealership, they did not want to replace it. if this was a wear and tear issue then I would understand but this is a big issue. How long will I have the vehicle if it continues to leak inside the car?
