Cape Auto Assessors doing nothing for thier clients

This company is horrible we have been trying to deal with them regarding our insurance claim and the assessor that was assigned to us does not come back to us nor does he follow up if you try to call him his phone is off if you leave messages on his phone or with his office nobody gets back to you and they have cost my mother in law over R6000 which they were supposed to arrange to have paid into her account and we are still waiting going on 3 weeks now, this is very poor service from Cape Auto Assessors and thier consultant Kobus Nel.
