Terrible Experience

If I could give less than 1 Star I would. Throughout the website it says that online support is available 24/7 and that they will respond to emails within 24 hours. I ordered a product 11 days ago, and have not heard anything regarding my order despite having sent 3 emails requesting an update on the order.

There is only 1 email address available to contact, and no phone number to call. So it is impossible to get a hold of anyone.

Very frustrating process!
