Don’t order from Capeaudio.com - you’ll wait forever

Ordered a headset weeks ago and nothing has moved in the order process. They’re essentially a drop shipping business (the product goes from the factory in China to the customer) and none of this is made clear at the point of order. There’s a massive lack of transparency and communication. It’s hard to reach people and understand what’s happening with the order. Terms of service say 5 business days for orders to be processed but it’s clearly not true, it’s been longer than that. By the time I did get some kind of response, I was told there was a backlog issue which is why I don’t like ordering from dropshipping businesses. Save your money and order from a business that will communicate with you and be clear about their shipping times. At this point they’re just waiting for the refund window to pass.
