Cape Army Store - Is It A ****?

Anyone had any dealings with an organization calling itself Cape Army Store?? Is this a ****?? My son found their website on the internet www.capearmystore.co.za. Phoned them yesterday (Friday) to confirm they open today. Went to the advertised address in Montague Gardens and could not find them at the advertised address. Called again and they confirmed the address was correct. As soon as I said I was at the address the call was cut off and all further attempts to call went unanswered.
