They said they fixed it, charged me but the repair was not done!

They came out to fix the fridge, told me it was fixed but we had to call them back as the fridge was still not working. Then they came out again and said "no, the fridge can't be fixed". I paid R1650 for fridge repair that wasn't done and 2 separate other service provider & insurance have said that their assessment was incorrect! When I request a refund, they don't respond.
