Not Good

On the 17 February 2021 Someone came to assess my washing machine. They gave me a quote to do a repair.I accepted the quote. interestingly the callout fee is still charged. The following day the machine would not open. I called them back. They sent out a technician again and wanted me to pay another callout fee. The next day the machine stopped working again. My partner made the call on my behalf as the phone got put down on me. An arrangement was made to come at 3 pm. Nobody has come or called. Unprofessional, and *********** is all I can say. I would not refer them to anyone
