Cape Appliance Repairs ****

In March they came to assess my double door Siemens fridge repair. Technician (Marshly) said the PC board needed replacement. Quoted me R5091 for the part which I had to pre-fund for them to order from supplier Bosch. Part arrived 3 weeks later, came to fit only to discover it's the incorrect part. Said he would exchange with supplier who then refused since the box had been opened. The mistake was made by Marshly who ordered a PC board for a dishwasher instead. Said he would make a plan to sort it out but after 3 months of pushing him he said sorry but nothing he can do and also can't afford to repay me. I offered to accept R2500 refund but to no avail. Only solution he has is to give me the incorrect part which also to-date is not forthcoming. DO NOT TOUCH CAPE APPLIANCE REPAIRS
