BEWARE OF COMPUTER SAVVY BOGUS FRIDGE/FREEZER REPAIR *********!

If it was possible to give minus 5 stars I would. I googled for a Samsung repair technician for our faulty Samsung fridge freezer. This company intercepted my search and led me to believe that I was speaking to a Samsung repair man. Patrick and his mate came out and "repaired" our fridge. He charged us R2900 which we had to pay up front. It only worked 1 day! His invoice stated 6 month warranty, when we called again they came out again. They wanted us to pay another R1600 as they said that now the pc board was broken and they had to order a new one! Needless to say, we got a proper electronic technician and we never got the R2900 returned to us.
