Cape Animal Hospital

The Doctor was fantastic but accounts staff was shockingly rude - Had a very legitimate query on how statement was issued and was basically attacked over the phone!! Considering how over priced they are and emotions with sick or dying pet you would expect a bit of tact. Will never go back there!
