Agressive tour operator not to be trusted

A large tour for hundreds was planned and booked through Eugene Booysen at Capeagritours.<br> A list of items on the tour were agreed upon. Prior to the tour the tour operator jumped off without providing replacement.<br> On follow up email the tour operator did not respond with a solution but aggressively defending his position. <br> On the day of the tour numerous items were not conducted as agreed upon (tickets had to be organized through client as instead of pre-organized through operator - do that for hundreds of people!), a guided tour through a botanical garden was agreed upon, but then the guests were simply sent in on their own, etc...<br> Other broken agreements were services agreed upon to be provided for free (travel desk at a conference), for which the operator later on attempted to charge the client, ignoring previous agreements. Tasks the operator offered doing (providing a website with tour options) never materialized despite numerous reminders and assurances to be doing so.<br> <br> Not only was the neglect of us as customers astounding. Also the aggression and lack of maturity in dealing with questions was rather scary. We lost trust in CapeAgriTours and prayed for the cooperation to end
