Cell Cover falling apart purchased 1 month ago

To Whom It may Concern<br> <br> I have sent a complain via email on the 16th Feb then on the 23 posted it as a private message on their Official FB page and to date have HAD no response. <br> <br> I purchased a new CAPDASE Phone Cover for an IPhone 6 Plus about a month ago from a reputable mobile phone shop (Vodacom in Eastgate Shopping Centre) spending over R300 for this cover and a month later its coming undone on the side and the silver brand name on the top of the cover is coming off. <br> <br> What is absolutely shocking is that your quality is staggering when its main purpose or function is to protect and handle wear and tear. I am a women, so I place my phone on my desk every day and I carry it in my handbag safely in another cell phone pouch in my handbag, so I take care of it but the quality is so bad that, that does not even help.<br> <br> I have attached some pictures to prove to you what state its currently in. I will happily send you more pictures if need be.<br> <br> I do hope the quality of your product increases as I will not purchase any of your products again nor recommend it to anyone.
