Capasso has the worst customer service ever!

Capasso is the worst ran collection organization in south africa. Even when you call to enquire the employees are so rude! I don't think they know what they are hired to do, not even once have I got a response in less than two or three months time. I just wonder who is paying their salaries because really.... This **** needs to come to a stop!
