Pathetic! Pathetic! Pathetic!

This was the worst customer service I have experienced to date. No clear guidance on where to go and what to do. Waited 3 hours just to be told our photos do not meet the requirements (which they do) and secondly that our application was not for the correct Schengen country based on our period of stay (also incorrect). Pathetic guidance and a sour experience all together. At least screen applications on arrival before letting people waste their time for 2.5-3hrs just to be turned away on incorrect information.
