Do not expect friendly professionalism

We visited Capago in Cape Town. This consultant who processed our application was extremely unprofessional. Telling us that she is having a bad day. She made numerous personal remarks and we were just shocked. After talking to a manager, we got the help we needed. We did get our visas in 5 days.
