Capago ... Wish there was another way to go

Two years ago I had a prefect experience with Capago. The same cannot be said for my experience today. I made an appointment for my visa application for 8:20, and as 10:30 I am still waiting with no indication of when I may be helped, and all calls are for other ticket series than mine. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable service.
