Capago Johannesburg…. Premium lounge unprofessional!!!

This company is a ******* !!! They make you pay an extra R 720 still you wait for hours in the so called premium lounge !! The lady that assisted us was very unprofessional, she wasn’t checking documents properly to the level that she took a wrong document and I just realised the mistake once I got home . I had to pay R 13500 for my family and I visa … some extra services that I don’t understand which is overcharged!! Am very disappointment
