Absolute ****py employees

Absolutely useless, my sister app**** for an emergency visa on the 15th of August @ Capago Sandton. The consulate advised that this was complete and couriered to Capago on the 18th of August. While the useless employees at Capago didn't even care to see if it was received. They advised that this was not received and there's nothing they can do. After numerous calls they didn't even bother to assist and advised the person who we had send to collect the visa that he should go as they cannot help him. It's 19th at 16:20 and Capago stopped taking our calls because they recognized the number. My sister's flight is tomorrow and thanks due to the useless employees she gets to miss her flight.
