Good day...I have been having problem with my data depleting so fast for the past 6 months , I get 40 gig every month and it just get depleted the way I'm failing to understand. I upgraded the 25th again to higher plan it lasted 4days..Please look into this i will make last payment for November. I hereby cancelled this contract with immediate effect

Good day...I have been having problem with my data depleting so fast for the past 6 months , I get 40 gig every month and it just get depleted the way I'm failing to understand. I upgraded the 25th again to higher plan it lasted 4days..Please look into this i will make last payment for November. I hereby cancelled this contract with immediate effect ...since I have this contract every month the same problem November I upgraded again its 16 December 2020 my data once again depleted. Im a single user on this network its not a company its one user ..I only use it as to receive emails ea.

Please cancel this contract ASAP..

I canceled November someone phone me an assist data till month end

Now December the same problem..every mid month I must upgrade this is very bad...im paying over R547.00 per month. At my house my family use Rain wifi unlimited for R479.00 per month my kids Never ever was without Data....Vox is a disgusting day light ******* this is not the end.

I will expose this network of bad service its a day light ******* .
