Unprofessional service

Am still shocked that after the incident that happened in our place on the 8th of August 2019 no one has an update for us. When we reported my partner was harrassed by your security that night ,your investigators phoned us to hear our side of the story which we were happy to give them.Their last call was when the lady promised to send us an email to confirm that all damages were going to be played for until today its almost a year no one has said anything,we haven't heard from anyone from CAP please make me understand something I thought security services were to protect us but they are harassing us who will protect us?
