Total Disappointment

I've been a CAP member for armed response for several years. Three years ago I had an armed ******* inside my driveway, the CAP guards were phenomenal in their reaction and leading me through the evening where police and ADT(as I had 2 security companies at the time) were pathetic. Shortly after the incident I received a call from CAP technical wanting to sell me diagnostic cameras and because of the trauma of my ordeal I succumb to this which cost me R140 000 for 6 diagnostic cameras and a server. My month CAP armed response and monitoring is costing me R6000 a month. My alarm system was installed at 3 different times with various extensions and earlier this year when my system was giving me various errors it was suggested that I install a wireless AJAX system at R91 000. Since my diagnostic cameras have been installed I have had numerous issues with them not transmitting to the control room and my WiFi and electricity have been blamed. My WiFi works flawlessly for every other application at my home and I have a backup 17Kva generator with a 17kva solar system with batteries and 2 massive invertors so that I have a totally uninterrupted power supply, with the invertors ensuring that spikes are limited. I have had several meetings on site with management and because of my exorbitant monthly payment I expect to have better service that what I am receiving. Although my alarm system and diagnostic cameras are supposed to be totally independent from each other both seems to pack up at similar times which I find inexplicable and when I do have problems it is becoming more impossible to get hold of any of the management team to return calls within a 24hr period. As a victim of 3 armed ******ies one can expect that I am a little more cautious than your average client. I also look after the CAP armed response officers as best as I possibly can and I find them absolutely amazing in their service. This unfortunately I cannot say for the rest of the CAP team.
