Refund

I had a technical evaluation to install a security system. No electrical fence was needed, however I wad quoted for that unnecessarily. After that I was told that this device was needed. The device was not installed as it was not needed. As pay for it now I want the money to be reimbursed, but now since beginning of October the money was not sent to my account. The person responsible for that is on leave and now I need to show them what they need to pay as nobody was aware of that mistake.
