NO ARMED RESPONSE ON ALARM TRIGGER

My alarm went off and no security came at all. I am absolutely furious at the fact that I have been paying CAP and if I were to be ****** nothing would've happened. My insurance company would've not even covered the ****** items if the alarm system was faulty. This is so disappointing. A technician has been deployed but who is to say other South Africans are secure with a CAP security system? Please check if yours is fully functional before putting your guard down from something that is faulty!
