Ignoring Road Rules

Was driving up Wrenrose Ave on Sunday 29 November 2020 just before 9h00. One of the CAP patrol vans came up Greenacres Drive and treated the STOP Street as a Yield sign and swerved in front of me. If I had been going faster we could have had an accident. Maybe we can get them to start following the rules of the road first before just starting to reward this behaviour with Christmas boxes?
