Harassed by CAP Security Men in a Bakkie

<p>Firstly, the driver of DN 67 SF GP on the 28th of December 2017 at 19:05 does not know how to drive. He pulled in front of me on a busy main road while I was approaching and then proceeded to slow down in spite as I hooted and flickered my lights at him for almost causing an accident. He was either not looking at oncomming traffic as he pulled into the road, or alternatively thought he is such a big deal that it doesn't matter that there are other cars approaching.</p> <p> </p> <p>After moving past him and getting in front of him because of how slow he drove to spit me when I flickered my lights, I stuck my hand out my window and pulled a middle finger to him because of his attitude of spite and inability to drive.</p> <p> </p> <p>He then proceeded to follow me as I turned a corner and pulled in front of my vehicle, trying to block my way. He climbed out of his vehicle and approached my car, tried to open my door, bashed his finger against my window and then moved his hand towards his gun while threatening me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I pulled over into a petrol station and he drove past. I then proceeded to drive to the shop I was on my way to. As I was driving back home I saw the same bakkie drive past me on the opposite side of the road, which meant that he had also pulled over into a side street and was waiting for me to pass.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then took an alternative route home and saw him drive past again, which meant that he had followed, in pursuit of me, the route I would have normally have taken home.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is utterly unacceptable behaviour for a security person who is meant to obey the laws of the road and protect people when they are in danger. Instead the person decided to threaten me when I display anger because they are unable to drive and then proceeded to follow me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to know what will be done about this as I am now traumatised by the fact that I will be followed and threatened again by this individual who is operating under the name of CAP Security?</p> <p> </p> <p>Nonetheless, I will make contact with my lawyer and will proceed to sue CAP Security for trauma and ulwaful behaviour on their part. I have a witness who was a passanger in my vehicle when all of this happened.</p>
