CAP Security worst service provider

CAP Security worst service provider This is the communication below that I submitted to CAP on the 10th of March 2021 and I have not received any response from them. We have come to realize that the alarm notification was not responded to, subsequent to that there was a break-in in our offices and few items were taken away. According to our IT the power switch went off on Friday 5th March 2021 @ 21h08 Please could you provide us with a detailed report of what happened thereafter.
