CAP maybe be great in armed response but certainly not in service delivery,

I am a CAP Client who asked for a quotation to have external beams installed.I had a sales guy come out an do a quote and i explained that i wanted to add to the existing alarm system.I received the quote 4 weeks ago and it was for a new system.I spoke to Darryn at CAP who tried to assist and told him that the salesman had mis-understood my requirements.I also wanted to know why i was being overcharged on each outside beam and try and at least negotiate some form of discount which he said they could look at. Darryn told me the salesman would contact me but nothing since 4 weeks ago, not even a word from Darryn since that last conversation.I was serious when i asked for a quotation.I really wanted the job done but CAP don't seem to take their clients seriously if they don't accept the first quotation they send out.It is seriously making me wonder if i should go to another armed response.
