CAP and 7Arrows shocking treatment of clients.

After being with CAP security for almost 10 years, they suddenly decided to terminate our contract as they no longer wished to cover our street. Although they kept one client on after he protested, they refused to do the same for us and handed us (and all our info) over to 7 Arrows without our consent, promising that we would have the same service. Unfortunately we did not get anywhere near the same attention and when trying again to revert to CAP after 3 months of complaining, we were then told that unless MR JASON MORDECHAI, CEO of 7Arrows, allowed it, CAP could not take us back, siting as a reason a "contract" between the two Companies. Strange how they managed to override the agreement in order to take my neighbour back. We found Mr Mordechai most un co-operative; he would not talk to us at all and refused point blank to allow us back to CAP. So we were forced to find another Security Company and 7Arrows lost a paying client for their senseless hard-headed attitude. Are these guys so independent that they can treat people like this? Beware when signing up with either of them. They are only out for themselves and couldn't care less for their customers.
