useless CAO

I wish KwaZulu Natal universities can deal with applications themselves. This CAO nonsense is not trustworthy. How do you apply in May and pay and later your application status shows late application and that you owe CAO. What nonsense is this. I am glad that the university that does not use this ******* admitted my child. I am just warning other parents especially outside KwaZulu Natal.
