Retarded wallpaper services

I gave this company my mother's wall measurements 3times.....specifying that from "top to bottom" the height is 217cm upon opening their wallpaper on installation date it had been printed sideways.

They made the width 217cm instead of it being the HEIGHT. Now they are giving me the runaround.

Initially their manager Gerald said he would REPRINT it for me now they are giving me the runaround.

They are not even responding to my queries on the company whatsapp that we have been communicating with from the onset .....

When i ask them to give me my money back and take back this RETARDED wallpaper coz its clearly NOT what i ordered & paid for they are giving me the runaround. That spoiled my mother's birthday gift...

Very unprofessional, they accepted liability and then take the run for it.
