Don't Judge based on negative reviews!!

I checked HP for this company while discussing quote and was surprised to see the negative reviews. These reviews made me reconsider using Canvas King however I decided to give them a chance in these trying times as I also considered that I am not aware of the circumstances as the reviews posted always has 2 sides. So here is my experience with CK, Adelia arrived at my property to inspect the pool that required covering, took the necessary measurements and supp**** me with quotation the same day. I accepted quote, made the required deposit and the cover was installed within the given timeframe. Overall I can confirm that I was very satisfied with the level of service received as well as the quality of the installation. One area that probably requires a bit of attention is communication but this is not a deal breaker. Thank you Adelia and look forward to the next task that I have requested CK to assist with.
