Canvas king safety pool cover

This was the best service I received in a long time. I was so sceptical to order from canvas kings after I saw the bad rating they have on the internet. After I got a lot of quotes the qoute from canvas king were the best but me and my husband decided to rather pay more and be sure of good service. I send a message to Andelia and told her we will not accept because we are scared because of the rating. She never try to change the topic, she admitted there are bad ratings and she explained every bad review to me. She was so sincere and then we decided to give her a chance. I could not believe it. I ordered the cover on a Friday, by the Wednesday I received a waybill number and nect Friday it was delivered at my door. I asked Andelia if they could maybe add a strap for easy open and she did not hesitate. I would do business with them anytime.
