Misleading and Unacceptable Service

<p>Unacceptale and misleading service from Canvas It.</p> <p>They ran a Mother's Day special that now I find out my canvas' will not be ready in time for Mother's Day. I was further told that should I require the delivery by a certain date, to state so. However, when ordering there is no "Deliver By Date" option and being a Mother's Day special I was under the impression it would be delivered before. They also stated that they have a lareger amount of orders due to the special, then do not run such a special if you are not able to cope/handle it. The misleading special and information is unacceptable. When I asked for a refund, on condition it would not be delived by Friday (as I am away on the weekend), to then refund me and I will go elsewhere, my request was declined. Furthermore, Canvas It was/is more than content to lose my business as well as any recommendation that may be given. Absolutely unacceptable. </p>
