Worst service I have ever experienced

This is the worst service I have EVER experienced. I ordered 9 items with Hyperli vouchers and to date, only have 2. I've followed up numerous times and have been **** to throughout the process. Their delivery apparently takes 10-14 working days. Well, from July to September, I'm still waiting... they are very slack and absolutely pathetic. I will NEVER recommend them.
