Worst service ever - CANVAS24

I have ordered canvas from Canvas24 on 17 September. The initial feedback I got was that it will take up to 14 working days. I have not received my pictures yet. I phoned numerous times, most times there would be no answer. I mailed lots of times, without ever getting a response. The few times I did get hold of Peter, he was not helping at all. Saying he cannot help me right now, as he is in Cape Town, but once he gets back to the office, he will answer me. Needles to say, he never did. I asked for a refund, which I also did not get yet. This is the most pathetic service I have ever received. And NO communication, or way to communicate with the company - which seems to me consists out of one person.
