Very Unhappy Customer

<p>I came across the special on daddysdeals, and thought it was a fantastic opportunity to have canvases made from our wedding in April this year. We were so excited to hand these as gifts over to our mothers for mothers day and for birthday gifts! We selected our high res images carefully and sent a very detailed email through to Canvas 24. I had to wait a few days (After a few emails to confirm they recieved it) to get a response. A few days later i recieved my "Order".. This was in fact only 1 voucher code (Plus 1) and i had purchased 4. </p> <p>I contacted them and informed them of this, also stating the one canvas was meant to be an A3 and it came as an A4. I asked if they were ging to come collect the wrong one and replace it, but no response. I then saw the one canvas was of such poor quality, the canvas wasnt stretched enough so it was lose, and my cousin was half cut off in the one canvas while there was floor and bricks on the other side. This to me is very rushed and poor workmanship. Rather take longer to send the items then do everything in a rush and have to redo them anyway. </p> <p> </p> <p>I tried calling Peter from Canvas 24 and he was very offish to me. I had emailed the day before stating i would either like them to redo my order OR i get a refund from daddysdeals. Following that call, he never responded back to me. I then emailed him 4 times following and still no reply. I contacted daddysdeals directly and they couldnt even get hold of him. </p> <p> </p> <p>i run my own company and this is absolutely unnaccpetable for a business to be so unprofessional and careless. In the end, daddysdeal is refunding me for my vouchers, i have never had any issues with them thankfully. And i will go elsewhere to have my canvas prints done, never again will i waste my money on this company. </p>
